I'm back.

After a surprisingly large wave of a mass amount of water went all the way up the beach i was at today, my camera suffered a non recoverable incident. My camera practically got swept up and i managed to grab it along with all our other stuff. To my dismay my camera was completely ruined, salt water in the lcd screens, sand in every nook and cranny, clogging USB and connection ports, ruining my battery grip, possibly shorting out two batteries, an 8 gig flash card and my lens.  Around $800 instantly ruined by the damned tide. Today is a sad day as I loved my camera, I've had it for four years(maybe longer?) I wanted to keep it to use even when

Been awhile since I've been to the city to do any photography. Several months to be correct. I plan to go to San Francisco for a couple of days these week, then maybe end up in Berkeley for some  crazier stuff then end it all with a trip to the really bad parts of Oakland, dangerous but exciting! If there's anyone who is watching me that's int he area be sure to comment or note me. I'd love to go shoot with others! Although I will warn that I have a a knack for going places I shouldn't and I've been chased by security and the police a few times. Trespassing yay!
